Customer Success Manager – France & Germany
Virta International GmbH

We are looking for two Customer Success Managers in DACH and France respectively to join our Customer Solutions team. You will be responsible for maintaining and developing customer services and relations, supporting B2B customers either in France or Germany.

Preferably, you would be located in our Paris or Berlin office depending on the role.

You will provide excellent customer management. The goal is to keep the customer process running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention, and to meet their expectations.

Note: CV in English is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Improving customer service experience, creating engaged customers, and facilitating business growth
  • Taking ownership of customers relationship and following through the onboarding to resolution
  • Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports
  • Develop service procedures, policies, and standards
  • Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in the customer service area or in a similar role in the multi-market environment
  • Have an IT and/or business-related Bachelor/Master’s degree (or student)
  • Solid project management skills and in providing customer support
  • Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in French or German and English (written and spoken formats).
  • Proactive and independent attitude towards work and good organizational skills
  • Multi-tasking abilities, problem-solving, and helping out people
  • Willingness to learn new things fast and constantly
  • Independent attitude towards work, with multitasking being your comfort zone
  • Current residence inside the EU

We consider it a plus if you have:

  • Previous work experience with customer projects, customer relationship management
  • Understanding of modern service development (Agile, Scrum)
  • International working or studying experience
