Product Owner Charge Point Operator E-Mobility (m/f) – E.ON Solutions

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the strong growth of E-Mobility through developing and maintaining a top-notch platform to be leveraged by E.ON’s business units in their role as charging point owners and operators (CPO)
  • Funnel and prioritizing business requirements originating from relevant stakeholders, like global and regional E.ON E-Mobility Managers and large B2B customers
  • Analyze and understand customer feedback and needs, and translate them into customer-centric functionalities and features (e.g. payment, user interface)
  • Close collaboration with developers and solution architecture & delivery management leveraging agile methodologies on a day-to-day basis to achieve an efficient implementation of business requirements (e.g. connection of new charging hardware)
  • Train and support users to leverage the CPO platform
  • Coordinate connection of new charging infrastructure to the platform and trouble-shooting of existing infrastructure together with external and internal partners
  • Assist in the build-up of a global network operations center to ensure a superior customer service
  • Assure performance of the CPO platform at all times
  • Coordinate and conduct contract negotiations with roaming platforms and partners in all E.ON countries to achieve most favorable market conditions
  • Tight cooperation with the Head of Platform and Operations to ensure integrity of the product with the overarching platform strategy, as well as support strategic goals of the Head of E-Mobility

Qualifications

  • Relevant university degree in Business, IT or related field
  • Minimum of five years of experience in energy management or energy engineering, ideally in a role of Product Owner
  • Familiarity and experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), used to working in a flexible manner
  • Used to working with both business and IT personnel in cross-functional environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders to develop and work towards a common goal and vision
  • Excellent planning capabilities and able to work in fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
  • Preferably experience in the E-Mobility context and understanding of relevant concepts and roles (e.g. EMP, CPO, roaming)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of the “bigger picture” and ability to prioritize developments
  • Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Positive can-do attitude
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus
